The National Commission for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) has extended warm birthday felicitations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of his 74th birthday, praising his administration’s commitment to inclusivity and the welfare of persons with disabilities.

In a goodwill message issued on behalf of the Commission’s management and staff, the Executive Secretary, Ayuba Burki Gufwan, lauded the President’s visionary leadership and dedication to improving the lives of Nigerians, particularly vulnerable groups.

Gufwan noted that President Tinubu’s unwavering commitment to advancing the rights and welfare of persons with disabilities has continued to inspire confidence within the disability community and beyond.

“We celebrate your visionary leadership, unwavering commitment to inclusivity, and dedication to improving the lives of all Nigerians, especially persons with disabilities,” the statement read.

The Commission further acknowledged the President’s passion for equity and social justice, describing it as a driving force behind ongoing efforts to promote equal opportunities and accessibility across the country.

While offering prayers for the President, the NCPWD expressed hope that God would grant him good health, wisdom, and strength to continue steering Nigeria toward peace, unity, and sustainable development.

The message concluded with warm wishes for a happy birthday, reaffirming the Commission’s support for policies and initiatives that enhance the dignity and well-being of persons with disabilities nationwide.
