The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has reduced the pump price of premium motor spirit (PMS) to N910 per liter, down from N945. This price adjustment was observed at NNPCL retail outlets in Abuja, including Zone 6, Kubwa Expressway, and Wuse Zone 4.
Dangote Refinery recently reduced its petrol ex-depot price to N840 per liter from N880
Independent Marketers announced a price reduction to between N930 and N940 per liter from N945 and N975 in Abuja, and N890 per liter from N925 in Lagos State.
The price reduction is expected to bring relief to motorists and Nigerians in general, amidst the ongoing price competition in the downstream petroleum sector.
Major players like Dangote Refinery and MRS have also adjusted their prices to stay competitive.
