The TheatreMania Africa Festival (TAF) 2025 is set to take place from October 14 to 17, 2025, in Lagos, Nigeria.
The festival’s theme is “Beyond Borders: Celebrating the Global Reach of African Theatre.”
According to Alayande Stephen, CEO/Co-Founder of TheatreMania Africa, the festival aims to showcase African stories and their universal appeal, connecting, inspiring, and provoking dialogue across cultures.
The Festival take place on October 14-17, 2025 at Shodex Gardens, Ilupeju Bypass, Anthony, Lagos, and Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos with the theme “Beyond Borders: Celebrating the Global Reach of African Theatre”.
Activities including, Thespian Nite, Street Theatre, Generation Next Theatre, Stakeholders Roundtable, Africa Rise Against Malaria (ARAM) Advocacy, Theatre + Fashion, Command Performance, and Awards Nite
The Awards will be led by a Veteran Nigerian actor Norbert Young.
The festival promises an unparalleled exploration of African dramatic arts and their impact on the international stage.
