Over 3,600 students who previously registered with digital-only banking platforms have successfully received their backlog of upkeep payments after updating their details.

Accordingly,Students still using digital wallet accounts should raise a support ticket via the NELFUND portal to request access for updating their bank details.
Students are advised to report to their institution’s IT office, which will compile and forward cases to NELFUND for resolution.
