Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) to 820 naira per liter from 840 naira, effective Tuesday.
This latest cut follows a previous reduction just a week earlier, bringing the total decrease to 60 naira, or approximately 6.82%, within one week.
According to the report, the New Price is 820 naira per liter as against the Previous Price of 840 naira per liter while the Total Decrease is 60 naira (6.82% reduction) and the Effective Date is Tuesday.
The price reduction aims to make petrol more affordable for Nigerians. This move comes after crude oil prices fell below $70, alleviating fears of supply disruption in the Middle East.
