In a colourful celebration of love and commitment, Publisher of Voice Air Media (VAM), Olorungbotemi Bright, on Saturday, November 22, 2025, tied the knot with Princess Oluwayemisi Ademiloye in Ilomu-Ekiti, Ekiti State, at a ceremony that blended joy, glamour, and deep reflections on the true pillars of marriage.

While delivering a goodwill message at the event, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the forth coming governorship election in Osun State, underscored patience, understanding, and partnership as non-negotiable foundations for any marriage that must stand the test of time.

AMBO, who was represented by ‘Prof.’ Hon. Waheed Adekunle, opined that impatience and misunderstanding have led to the collapse of many unions, urging couples to invest deliberate effort in building homes, anchored on shared values and mutual respect.

He outlined six core principles he described as indispensable to a successful marriage:

1. Patience – Allowing love to grow and jointly weathering life’s storms.

2. Respect – Honouring each other’s individuality, opinions, and contributions.

3. Understanding – Practising empathy, active listening, and compassion.

4. Partnership – Collaborating as equals and sharing both joys and burdens.

5. Respecting Each Other’s Opinions – Seeing differences as strengths rather than weaknesses and 6. Commitment – Remaining united through triumphs and trials.

“Not every relationship leads to marriage, but every marriage that must survive requires patience, mutual understanding and a genuine partnership. Respect your wife’s opinion, work together as a team, and stay committed,” AMBO stated.

The newly couple, in a joint message, expressed profound gratitude to all who honoured their invitation.

“We sincerely appreciate everyone who joined us to celebrate this special moment of our lives, and all our guests for their love, support, and presence,” they said.

The event drew an impressive array of dignitaries and well-wishers, including 9th Assembly member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Tajudeen Adefisoye (Small Alhaji); Special Assistant to the Ondo State Governor, Hon. Dimeji; Special Assistant to the Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Tunde Snazzy; Oba Olomu of Ilomu Kingdom; pastors and members of RCCG Liberation Cathedral, Osun (led by Pastor Ade Ajayi); Ijoka community leaders and members; media colleagues; family and friends.

The ceremony, anchored by MC Mouth from Osogbo, Osun State and the presence of the Osun Online Publishers Association, community leaders, and other well-wishers added glamour to the occasion.
